General Terms and Conditions (GTC)<\/h1>\n

Purchase Agreement:<\/b>
\nThese General Terms and Conditions apply to the business relationship between the customer and burodestruct.shop, taking into account Swiss law. By placing an order, the customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions. The customer is solely responsible for the selection of items.<\/p>\n

Shipping and Prices:<\/b>
\nShipping is generally handled by Swiss Post. However, we reserve the right to use a different shipping service. All prices are exclusive of shipping and any applicable cash-on-delivery charges. All items are shipped from stock whenever possible. If an item is not in stock, shipping will be delayed until the entire order has arrived, or it will be shipped as soon as possible. We also make partial deliveries at our discretion. Partial deliveries initiated by us are free of charge. Lost deliveries do not entitle the customer to cancel the contract, but will be resent at our expense via registered mail.<\/p>\n

If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer is not present at the delivery address provided, even though the delivery time was communicated to the customer with reasonable notice, or if the delivery address was incorrectly provided, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery attempt as well as the redelivery.<\/p>\n

Payment:<\/p>\n

After the order has been placed, we will ship immediately. For shipments abroad, we reserve the right to request a copy of a passport or identity card upon initial contact. Deliveries on account are only made against prepayment. Any additional costs incurred for uncollected deliveries (especially cash-on-delivery shipments) or returns due to incomplete or incorrect address information will be invoiced.<\/p>\n

Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Return:<\/b><\/p>\n

The following right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods (video, audio, software media) if you open or damage the sealed packaging. It also does not apply to washed goods (textiles). Titles procured according to your specifications are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

Items with demonstrable manufacturing defects will be accepted for return, provided the defects are reported by letter or email within 10 days of receipt. Returns without a return authorization number cannot be accepted. Exchanges or returns due to “dislike” are excluded.<\/p>\n

Return Instructions:<\/b>
\nReturn shipments must be properly prepaid. Please note: We refuse to accept any packages sent freight collect. We cannot, under any circumstances, assume costs exceeding standard postal rates for courier shipments or other irregular shipping methods. Goods delivered by us remain the property of burodestruct.shop until all our claims, regardless of their legal basis, have been settled.<\/p>\n

Cancellation:<\/p>\n

By placing an order, a purchase agreement is concluded and is final. Unless there are long-term delivery problems, it cannot be modified or canceled. Should we nevertheless agree to a change or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of CHF 30.\n<\/p>\n

Liability:<\/b>
\nburodestruct.shop accepts no liability for any damages that may arise from the use of the purchased products, in particular from improper, irregular, or unlawful use.<\/p>\n

Data Protection and Final Provisions:<\/b>
\nWe do not share data with third parties; customer data is treated with absolute confidentiality (more information on data protection can be found in our “Legal Notice”). Prices are subject to change and errors excepted.<\/p>\n

The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.<\/p>\n
